Booking and Hosting Agreement on
Syria Nobles’ Web Servers

All the contents of websites hosted on our servers are posted according to law. Any presentation, storing, or exchange of data that are deemed in conflict with international or local laws and customs are prohibited including:

1- Any contents prohibited access onto other websites on the server.
2- Any form of pornography.
3- Any subject-matter that is deemed confidential or classified.
4- Any matter protected under international trade laws.
5- All contents that may cause harm or threat to certain persons or groups.
6- All contents that is in conflict with the general approach of the country.
7- Provision of fraudulent services or products.
8- Release of viruses or any other form of harmful files over the network.
9- All hacking activities or links to websites containing intelligence or penetration applications into other computers to get access to their data.
10- Any form of e-mail spasm.
11- Any Services and activities that lead to breakdown or low performance of the server.
12- In case of email spasm use from a website or the setup of links to hackers’ websites, the website hosting will be cancelled without prior notice.
This will apply to private servers (including all accounts registered)
13-  SyriaNobles shall have the right to delete all or parts of the data existing on its servers if deemed undesired or is in conflict with the hosting agreement. SyriaNobles deems that retaining a backup copy of the website is the responsibility of the client. We hold no responsibility whatsoever as to the loss of the data stored on databases or email.
14- The duration of domain name booking is 24 hours from the date of signing the agreement. Any duration in excess of such time limit, kindly contact the technical support at SyriaNobles.
15- In case the client has cancelled the renewal of his subscription, he/she shall lose the right to retrieve his data after the original booking period has expired.
